Rooty and I are at the right of the radar map (the dot above the X). The thunder from the first storm is just now reaching us.
As you can see, there is a line of storms stretching to the left/west -- storm 4 is about 70 miles away.
Rooty does not like loud thunder -- he hides on top of the sofa.

Well I think it passed by here, the wind got up and the power went off for like two seconds and then that was it!
OK , I lied. its now back with avengence, run Rooty!

a couple have rolled through -- Ch2 said it was dying down and is should just be strong winds, small hail, and heavy rains for the rest of the night -- oh well, we did need to rain --

We lost power for a few seconds but the DVR, phone, and dsl modem are all shot. The tree out front of our house was hit by lightning and I'm pretty sure the satelite dishes were as well. It's never a storm around here unless our house suffers some kind of damage.
