Rooty is difficult to shop for because he likes to destroy anything mechanical, especially the noise makers inside of stuffed animals -- when I buy toys, I have to calculate in my mind how long it will take him to "kill" each toy (minutes or hours) -- I bought replacement noise makers and we then have to insert new ones and sew them closed -- oddly enough, his favorite toys are the replacement "squeakies" that go inside the toys, he will play for hours with a naked plastic squeaky, pawing at it and shoving it with his noise, he never tries to "kill" one unless it is inside a toy --
