Did you take that pic around lunch time? I don't see a worker anywhere in either picture. ---------------------------------------------- the rats are in gridlock! :)
it was late yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon so they might have been finished for the day
Actually, the "workers" probably felt that if the hand can wave, it can also grab onto something and right itself.
It's all about giving a hand up, not a hand out.
Then they went to Waffle House for 7 1/2 hours. ------------------------------------ these would be union workers Stan, so best not to make too many jokes!!!!!!!!
what's odd, besides the fact that they nailed the signal to a post then put it on the ground, is that it never changes, it nevers shows the little green guy walking
