Evidently I had mixed up Weenie the Genie from another Sid and Marty Kroft creation, 'Lidsville', mixed up with Disney's Genie from Aladdin.
And no matter where you lived as a child of the '70's, if you didn't watch the psycedelic creations from those guys then you didn't watch Saturday morning cartoons at all.
