Minnesota Public Radio has an excellent website showing the difficulties of recounting ballots. You get to vote who gets each disputed ballot and view the vote results. (The voter signed the ballot above, which you are not allowed to do in Minnesota. MPR obscured the signature for privacy reasons.)View disputed ballots here: MPR
