This saga has been like living in a an eternal loop of Dallas meets B&B!
Suffice to say that common sense won out in the end. Now your locale will be enhanced by the construction of an aesthetically pleasing and entirely suitable gazebo on your own land.

what is scary is how many people get kicked around who cannot fight back -- the judge's decision is 8 single-spaced pages, I have not seen it yet
