The dogs and I went to the country on Sunday.
On the way back, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a Missouri Adopt a Highway sign.
It's at the end of the eastbound on-ramp from Grand Ave to I-44 East.
The sign says that the trash along the freeway will be picked up by the Missouri School for the Blind.
This might be politically incorrect, but does this sound like a really good idea.
Someone from St. Louis let me know if I'm wrong about what the sign says.
