For those of you who did not want free copies (go figure), I have added the links to the book's product detail pages on amazon.com.
BUT,
Amazon has not posted the cover image -- it takes them a few days.
More importantly, amazon has not applied its usual hefty discounts to the retail prices.
(The book is available at a discount on barnes & noble.com. And, oddly enough, at target.com.)
AND,
The free copies should me in the mail towards the end of next week.
