Nautical miles per gallon
Saw a car in the Schnuck's (grocery store) parking lot today with Hawaiian license plates -- how? -- why?

Step 1: Buy a car.
Step 2: Find Hawaiian license plates on eBay, purchase them.
Step 3: Drive around nearly the geographic center of the mainland U.S. confusing and confounding people.
When I lived in California I saw a lot of them. They can be shipped Stateside just like the Japanese ship tons of cars to us. Most likely they belong to someone in the military or a corporation who doesn't mind paying the shipping fee.
