Who did the plumbing in your house? 'Cause that's just screwed up.
That does sound like the Three Stooges did your plumbing.
It's a Kohler commode that has been nothing but a problem since the day it was installed. Next big-thing trash day it goes to the curb!
Count as a blessing that each time you flush the toilet the waste isn't directed out through the faucet.
